I had a pleasant stay at Krystal Grand Cancun, enjoying the beautiful beach and well-maintained grounds. However, I encountered several issues with the dining options and service consistency which impacted my overall experience. The room we initially received was not ideal, but the staff were accommodating in assigning us a better one. Overall, while I enjoyed certain aspects of the resort, the food and reservation frustrations would make me hesitant to return.
